Rumbo a Kenia

Bueno, pues ha llegado el día. Esta noche salgo para Kenia (pasando por Qatar). mi vuelo sale a las 20:55 desde la famosa Terminal 4. Ya he hablado con Inma, y me estará esperando en el aeropuerto de Nairobi para comenzar nuestras aventuras. Más o menos ya lo tenemos todo planeado. Y el viaje consta de una serie de etapas. - Primeros días: Nairobi. Visitando un poco la ciudad y preparando el viaje. Nos vamos a alojar en el hotel Midview. Podeis ver su página web y direcciones por si quereis venir aquí. - Después iremos a Bungoma a visitar a los amigos de Inma - Luego empezamos el safari, que aún no sabemos si tendrá 6 o 9 días o algo intermedio. Los tios con los que nos vamos son Nanatours. El precio de la primera parte está bastante bien, por 6 días de camping y safari: 800 dolares por los dos. El itinearario confirmado es este:

Day 1: (7th March, 2006) Nairobi – Maasai Mara 09:30 hrs. Leave Nairobi for Maasai Mara Game Reserve, Picnic lunch en-route. On arrival proceed to the campsite. After a short rest proceed for a game drive in search of Black Manned Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Cheetahs, Buffalos and other plain’s game. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight. Day 2: (8th March, 2006) Maasai Mara 06:30 hrs. After breakfast, proceed for an early, morning game drive. Return to the camp for lunch. 16:00hrs, after a further game drive, dinner and overnight at the camp. Or you can have a whole day game viewing carry with you packed lunch. Day 3: (9th March, 2006) Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru 06:30 hrs – 09:30 hrs: After breakfast leave for Nakuru National Park, game drive and picnic lunch en-route, arriving in Nakuru late in the afternoon Dinner and overnight at the camp Day 4: (10th March, 2006) Lake Nakuru - Samburu 07:30 hrs: Once in Nakuru proceed to Nakuru National Park for pre-breakfast game drive known for its huge concentration of flamingoes. The park is rich in other bird life and a number of wild animals. After breakfast leave for Samburu Game Reserve. Lunch en-route arriving late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the camp. Day 5: (11th March, 2006) Samburu 06:30hrs: After breakfast depart for an early morning game drive, return to the camp for lunch. 1600hrs another game drive. Dinner and overnight at the camp. Day 6: (12th March, 2006) Samburu G. Reserve – Nairobi – Amboseli 07:00 hrs After breakfast leave Samburu for Nanyuki, Nairobi for lunch and then to Amboseli National Park dinner and overnight at the Amboseli Safari Lodge or Similar.
